Pre Order

What is a Pre-Order?

It is an item that has not been released yet. We allow you to pre-book this item and we will ship to you when it has been released. Some very hot and limited items will pre-sell out and never make it to the shelf after we have filled all pre-orders. Pre-Ordering is a great way to guarantee yourself a spot in line to receive an item and also save some money on the retail price. When merchandise arrives we fill Pre-Orders first!

Placing Your Order

To place a pre-order simply add-to-cart the items you would like that have a pre-order status indicator on them and check out your order.

 

Shipping / Local Pickup of Pre-Orders

Shipping: If you are having multiple pre-order items shipped to you and they arrive here at different times, we will hold the items for you until all arrive so they can ship together.  At any time you may choose to contact us and we can ship part of your order at the cost an additional shipping fee.

COMBINING PRE-ORDERS WITH IN-STOCK POLICY

We Strongly suggest that you do not combine pre-orders/back-orders with in-stock items on the same order form if you wish to receive your items as soon as they are made available.

Similarly do not combine pre-orders with pre-orders if the arrival dates or series are not alike.

We say this because shipping and handling is calculated for all the items on an order to be shipped out at the same time, meaning your order will only ship out once the last items on pre-order/back-order comes into stock.

Release Dates

We do not guarantee any release dates on our website. All pre-order dates are given to us by the manufacturer or supplier and are subject to change without warning or notice. Please do not ask us when a pre-order will be available as most of the time we do not know, we simply put the date that is given to us and hope for the best.

Please note that the collectible toy industry is notorious for late releases so we do not recommend pre-ordering items with the intentions of having them in time for a specific date(Birthdays, Holidays, etc) unless you are prepared for the posibility of it not being released to us by the manufacturer in time.
 

The CAD/USD Exchange Rate (Non-Pre-Paid orders only)

All of our prices are in Canadian dollars. However, a large portion of the items we sell come through the United States and this affects the final price at the release time of an item. For pre-orders, we have to predict what this rate will be sometimes up to 1 year in advance. Because doing this accurately can be very difficult we reserve the right to adjust the final price of your items ordered if the exchange rate changes more than 10% from the date when you ordered the item to when it is released. If you have pre-paid for your pre-order this does not apply to you.
 

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

When you place your pre-order, we place a deposit and commit to getting those items in for you from the manufacturer.

Similarly when you combine pre-orders with in-stock items we are reserving the in-stock item for you and thus lose the ability to sell that item to anybody else if you decide to cancel it from your mixed order.

There is, for that reason, a 15% re-stocking fee on all cancelled pre-orders and reserved in-stock items placed. We encourage you to order your items in advance to help secure your item when it arrives in stock, but we ask that you be completely sure that you want the item before placing the order.

If an item is more than 6 months late from the release-date projection at the time of your order you may contact us to cancel your order without penalty.
